About The Path

The Kaleidoscopic Path is founded on the idea that all beliefs and mythologies are equally possible to be true to an extent. Throughout human history there have been many civilizations that have developed their own mythologies and beliefs. Instead of viewing only one belief as true and all the rest being false it is the belief of the Kaleidoscopic Path that all mythologies and beliefs are real to an extent.

The beliefs of the Kaleidoscopic Path is a combination of beliefs from around the world like Paganism, Buddhism, Shinto, and Theosophy as well as certain aspects of Christianity and other Abrahamic beliefs. Our goal is to promote learning and understanding of other cultures and beliefs as well as promoting analytical discussions and the study of philosophy. At no point does The Kaleidoscopic Path promote the worship of Satan or other cult beliefs that fear mongering media sources try to insinuate are promoted by non-Christian organizations.

The core idea of the Kaleidoscopic Path and its beliefs originate from ideas expressed in The secret Doctrine as well as Theosophy as well as sharing three of its objectives:

  • To form a nucleus of the universal brotherhood of humanity, without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste or colour.
  • To encourage the study of comparative religion, philosophy and science.
  • To investigate the unexplained laws of nature and the powers latent in man.

The beliefs of the Kaleidoscopic Path is meant to be a combination of beliefs from around the world. Though it draws from many beliefs at no point is it meant to merge or assimilate them into one singular belief. The goal is to bring together and understand all beliefs while maintaining its individual differences.

There are a number of my beliefs that are shared by various groups and people that I find it important to list here:

  • Everything that happens or exists has a purpose whether it is obvious or not. Even fiction serves a purpose and is not limited to just being for entertainment.
  • All forms of media can provide useful information and ideas on historical or mythological figures even if the media is designed for entertainment.
  • Information should be open and available to those who are willing to learn but secrecy is necessary in cases where such knowledge could be misused or cause harm to an individual. Furthermore some information though public might be difficult to understand to those who either lack the proper context or a particular mind set.

Terminology

Figures is used when referring to gods, monsters or people in a way that is neutral to avoid conflicting perspectives on what they are.

Mythology is used throughout the site to refer to beings, events or groups that are unable to be proven completely by modern historians.
